Artist bio
Adam Isaac was singing from an early age, both at home along with his father on keyboard and in school concerts. He was first inspired to start playing guitar at age 11, after hearing Nirvana’s ‘Unplugged In New York’ album. Then, in the mid 90’s, came the arrival of brit pop bands Oasis and Blur, which Adam was also listening to on repeat, along with some of The Prodigy and Radiohead. In the late 90’s to early 2000’s he added The Verve’s ‘Urban Hymns’, ‘Performance and Cocktails’ by Stereophonics and Coldplay’s ‘Parachutes’ to his assembly of early influences, not to mention Muse and the solo artist David Gray. Adam spent time at home learning to sing and play his favourite songs and naturally progressed into writing his own. Adam started playing public gigs at the age of 17 in the southwest of England. He has performed at many venues, events and festivals around the UK and has supported Joss Stone, Ash and Toploader. Adam’s music and performance energy has also taken him to Europe, Dubai, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. Adam first released his debut album ‘Train Tracks’ in 2012 after appearing as a live finalist on BBC’s 'The Voice'. His renewed ambition is to relaunch and release more music in 2022, following recent serious health challenges with kidney failure.
