On his 19th birthday Alfie Christopher recorded his first demo Ljubljana: a charming song that would later feature on his remarkable debut Blackberry Harvest. Having written 3 albums in 6 months, Alfie's work is singular in its approach blending feel good pop appeal with his extensive background in classical music coupled by endearing and thought-provoking lyricism
Alfie's work is refreshing and direct. Alfie's Blackberry Harvest addressed topics of such individuality, taking about his love for cultural travel, walking his dog and playing tennis.
Alfie evolved his sound in his second album Rewriting History, experimenting with more dynamic songwriting and more innovative instrumentation, even delving into world music on Tenerife and English Kid in Kenya.
In August of 2020, he released his third and latest album PuraVida which continues his traditional folk style giving a Costa Rican flavour to his music.
