For me, the only way to truly feel that support is through music.” – Seb Adams Exposed to rock music at a young age, Dutch born musician Seb Adams started playing guitar, writing songs and working towards a career in music. He founded his first rock band at age 16, where he played guitar, sang lead vocals and continued to write original compositions. With his second band, he added video production and graphic design to his growing skill set. By the time Seb graduated from the Fontys Rockacademie (Bachelor of Music) in the Netherlands, his exposure to a wide range of music genres and projects expanded his original goal as a professional guitarist/songwriter to include singing, producing and releasing his own music and visual art. As a songwriter, Seb’s personal connection to the material in his music was always the driving force behind the message in his songs. Showing empathy in his well-crafted lyrics, he’s able to cover hard topics like depression, anxiety, sleeping disorders, addiction and loss with compassion and power. He released his first, self-produced full-length album titled Between Awake & Fast Asleep in 2022, where he received support from Spotify’s editorial playlists like New Music Friday and Beautiful Day. His self-produced songs have received millions of streams on Spotify and continue to attract a wide and growing audience around the world.
