Acceptance and update of Audio Distribution Network Terms

Soundpickr may change these Terms of Use from time to time. We reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms at our sole discretion and update this page. Any change to these Terms will take effect immediately from the date of publication. Your continued access or use of the services constitutes your acceptance of such changes. Please regularly check the ”Terms of Use” link on the homepage of music.soundpickr.com to view the current terms. If you breach any of the Terms of Use, your licence to access or use this Site shall automatically terminate.

Services

Soundpickr’s Audio Distribution Network is a collective of games, metaverse, web3 apps and blockchain based environments that participate in non-invasive audio promotion campaigns.

The campaigns are currently built to drive new revenue streams to our gaming partners. The rates of these campaigns are subject to a number of factors including active users and campaign type (CPM vs. CPC), location… Rates are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Engagement

By accepting the Audio Distribution Network terms and becoming our partner, you agree to be part of the network for a minimum of 6 calendar months and enter into a six-month rolling engagement agreement.

This engagement might be terminated with a one (1) months notice before the end of the sixth month. Failing to cancel the partnership ahead of the sixth month, the engagement will renew automatically for a new term.

Terminating the partnership before the end of the initial term would incur the costs of music use calculated based on number of users and time spent in-game.

Music use: Payment and Fees

While each payment is in US dollars by the Licensor, we support US dollars and various cryptocurrencies for transactions on the Site. Check all info about payments and fees on the general T&Cs.
